Section 31(1)(d) in Nagpur Improvement Trust Act, 1936

(d)affording better facilities for [conservancy and drainage] [Substituted by Central Provinces and Berar Act VII of 1944, section 5.] it is expedient to lay-out new streets or alter existing streets (including bridges, causeways and culverts), the Trust may pass a resolution to that effect, and shall then proceed to frame a street scheme for such area as it may think fit.
