(d)'Sessions Judge' includes the Metropolitan Sessions Judge, "Chief Judicial Magistrate" includes the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, (d) 'Sessions Judge' includes the Metropolitan Sessions Judge, "Chief Judicial Magistrate" includes the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, "Magistrate" includes the Metropolitan Magistrate, and "Special Magistrate" includes Special Metropolitan Magistrate.
