Section 16(1) in Indian Institute of Teacher Education, Gujarat Act, 2010
(1)The Finance and Accounts Officer shall be appointed by the Vice-Chancellor in such manner and shall exercise such powers and perform such duties, as may be prescribed by the Statutes.
