12. Resignation of the President and nominated or elected member. -
(1)The President may resign his office by giving a notice in writing to the State Government stating his intention so to do, and on such resignation being accepted by the State Government the President shall be deemed to have vacated his office.(2)A nominated or elected member may resign his office by giving a notice in writing to the President stating his intention so to do, and on such resignation being accepted by the Council, such member shall be deemed to have vacated his office.
