2. It is the grievance of the petitioners that though they were called for document verification but they have not been appointed.
3. Mr. Sanjay Piprawall, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the JSSC submits that marks obtained by the petitioners were not more than the marks obtained by the last selected candidate in the category and subject of the petitioners as on date. He submits that if there are vacancies in future and if it is seen that the petitioners comes within the zone for appointment their case will automatically and definitely be considered but as on date, no one who has obtained lesser marks than the petitioners has been appointed.
4. Mr. Sanjay Piprawall, learned counsel for the JSSC hands over a chart. As per the said chart the petitioner no. 1 Parmanand Mahto who is EBC-I has obtained normalised marks of 268.7977964, petitioner no. 2 Indu Kerketta, ST has obtained normalised marks of 182.0970574 and petitioner no. 3 Sheo Kumar Oraon, ST (PCCP) has obtained normalised marks of 170.5383047. As per the learned counsel for the JSSC the persons selected in the category of EBC-I of which Parmanand Mahto belongs to, Combined Normalised Mark of the last selected candidate as on date is 287.6916, so far as ST category of which Indu Kerketta belongs to the same is 210.1014 and ST (PCCP) category of which Sheo Kumar 2 2025:JHHC:37869 Oraon belong to the same is 218.1225.

6. Thus, from the aforesaid chart it is quite clear that till date no person obtaining lesser marks than the marks obtained by the petitioners, has been appointed. Thus, as on date the petitioners have no right and they cannot claim to be appointed. It is made clear that in future since there are number of seats vacant and the process is still going on, if it is found that the petitioners comes within the zone of consideration for appointment, their case will definitely be considered.
7. This writ petition is disposed of.
