Section 8 in The Rajasthan Municipal Service (Revised Pay Scales) Rules, 1970
8. Declaration by the Member of the Service.
- For the safeguard of the recovery of over or excess payment made on account of some error in the fixation of initial pay kin the revised pay scale, each member of the service opting the revised pay scale shall give a declaration in Form III, that in the event of over payments to him, recovery shall be effected from his pay.
