Section 37(3) in The U.P. Agricultural Credit Rules, 1975
(3)An application under sub-rule (2) shall be made within thirty days from the date of the ex parte order or from the date of dismissal of application or appeal and in the case of an ex parte order, where the notice was not duly served on the applicant, within thirty days from the date of knowledge of such order.
