Section 15(1) in Delhi Lokayukta and Upalokayukta Act, 1995
(1)No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall be against the Lokayukta or Upalokayukta or against any member of the staff of the office of the Lokayukta or any office, agency or person referred to in sub-section (2) of section 13, in respect of anything which is done or intended to be done in good faith under this Act.
