Section 82(1) in Tamil Nadu Court-Fees and Suits Valuation Act, 1955
(1)The State Government may, by notification in the [Fort, St. George Gazette] [Now, the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette.], make rules to carry out generally the purposes of this Act.
