12. Power of Commissioner to investigate and regulate matters of police accounts.
- The Commissioner shall have the authority to investigate and regulate all matters of account connected with the police force of the Commissionerate and all persons concerned shall be bound to give him a reasonable aid and facilities in conducting such investigations and to conform to his orders consequent thereto.
