Section 8(1) in Maharaja Ranjit Singh State Technical University Act, 2014
(1)Subject to the provisions of this Act, the powers and duties of the officers of the University other than the Chancellor, the Vice- Chancellor and the Registrar, the terms for which they shall hold office and the filling of the casual vacancies in such offices shall be provided for by the regulations.
