Section 18(k) in Jharkhand Tourism Development and Registration Act, 2015
(k)if such tourism unit operator, or the travel agent or the guide or the rts operator, as the case may be, fails to comply with any of the directions issued by the Department from time to time or obstructs the inspection of its premises by the authorised officers of the Department or indulges in any such activities, which is detrimental to growth of tourism and its promotion.
