Section 14(4)(i) in The Khadi and Village Industries Commission Rules, 2006

(i)The member of the Zonal Committee other than the member of the Commission shall not draw any salary but shall be paid such honoraria or allowances from the funds of the Commission as may be fixed by the Government from time to time;
