COMMON JUDGMENT
(Delivered by The Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) The learned counsel for parties state that the present writ appeals have become infructuous, in view of the main writ petitions having been disposed of by the learned Single Judge on 15.2.2018 and the writ appeals viz., W.A.Nos.252, 254, 255, 257, 259, 269 and 270 of 2019 preferred against the said order of the learned Single Judge also having been dismissed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court on 06.02.2019.
2. In view of the above, the writ appeals are dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, M.P.Nos.1 to 1 of 2013 are closed.
