5. Intimation of name of elected person to the Central Government
- The name of the person elected shall be intimated by the Registrar of the University to the Central Government who shall take steps to publish the name of the elected person in the Official Gazette.ELECTIONS TO THE COUNCIL UNDER CLAUSE (c) OF SECTION 3(1)
