(2)Every student carrying out his course of study in the Raiganj College (University College) affiliated to the North Bengal University, on the date of coming into force of this Act, shall continue to be registered under the North Bengal University and shall be permitted to complete his course in preparation thereof and appear for examinations conducted by the North Bengal University or the University shall hold, for such students, examinations in accordance with the curricula of study in force in the North Bengal University for such period as may be determined by the University in consultation with the North Bengal University.
