Section 33(1) in The Punjab Ayurvedic and Unani Practitioners Act, 1963
(1)No court other than the Court of a [Judicial Magistrate] [Substituted for the word 'Magistrate' by Punjab Act 25 of 1964.] of the First Class shall take cognizance of, or try, an offence under this Act.
