Section 465(4) in The Maharashtra Municipal Corporations Act, 1949
(4)With reference to officers and servants appointed under Chapter XX and to expenditure from the Transport Fund, the provisions of sub-section (1) and of clause (c) of sub-section (2) shall apply as if for the words "Standing Committee", the words "Transport Committee" has been substituted.
