Section 16(1) in Tamil Nadu Rights of Persons with Disabilities Rules, 2018
(1)The Member-Secretary shall maintain the record containing the names of all the members of the Board who attended the meeting of the Board and of the proceedings at the meetings in a book to be maintained for that purpose.
