Section 6 in Uttaranchal Judicial Service Rules, 2005
6. Reservation.
- Reservation for the candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes and other categories belonging to the State of Uttaranchal shall be in accordance with the orders of the Government in force at the time of recruitment.
