Section 9(1)(ii) in Rajasthan Electricity Regulatory Commission (Metering) Regulations 2007

(ii)The memory in a meter shall not get "erased" after reading or retrieving data through CMRI. Data shall be stored on first in first out basis for a minimum of 75 days.
