In special circumstances the Curator/Librarian, may at his discretion permit certain books from Reference Section to be borrowed for a period of not more than one week on depositing Rs. 2000/- which will be refunded only after a period of one month. However, books which are purely reference sources, rare books, out of print publications will be excluded from this criteria.
