(8)[ The State Government may, subject to such conditions (if any) as it thinks fit, delegate all or any of its powers under this section to the Collector of a District; and thereupon all or, as the case may be, the relevant provisions of this section, shall apply in relation to such officer as they apply in relation to the State Government.] [Sub-section (8) was added by Maharashtra 3 of 1960, Section 11.]
