Section 3(iii) in The U.P. Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Rules, 1983
(iii)Where a Government servant is appointed as Chairman, his pay and conditions of service shall be regulated by rules or orders issued by the Government from time to time relating generally to appointment in foreign service.
