Section 33(3) in Himachal Pradesh Para-Veterinary Council Act, 2010

(3)The Registrar may remove from the State Register the name of the registered Para-veterinary practitioner who dies or whose name is directed by the Council to be removed from the State Register or who ceases to be the registered Para-veterinary practitioner.
