Section 50 in The Jammu and Kashmir Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1962
50. Delegation.
- The Government may, by notification in the Government Gazette, delegate to any officer or authority all or any of the powers conferred upon it by this Act to be exercised subject to such restrictions arid conditions as may be specified in the notification.
