Section 23(1) in Securities and Exchange Board of India (Real Estate Investment Trusts) Regulations, 2014
(1)The manager shall ensure that the disclosures in the offer document are in accordance with the Schedule III to these regulations and any circulars or guidelines issued by the Board in this regard.
