Heard the learned Advocates appearing on behalf of the parties.

The petitioners are in custody for 118 days and investigation is over and charge sheet has been submitted.

We have gone through the case diary.

Now, considering the nature of the allegation and the materials collected in support of the same and when no case is made out from the side of the State that if the petitioners are released on bail, they are likely to abscond and also considering the length of detention in custody of the petitioners, we allow their prayer for bail.

Let the petitioners be released on bail upon furnishing bond of Rs.20,000/- each with two sureties of Rs.10,000/- each for each of the petitioners, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 2 Uluberia, Howrah subject to the condition that after release, the petitioners shall not enter within the jurisdiction of Joypur Police Station, except for the purpose of attending the court's proceedings and they shall also report to the Officer-in-Charge of that Police Station, where they shall reside after their release, thrice in every week, until further orders.

It is further directed that before their release, they must furnish their respective addresses, where they shall reside after their release, both to the court below as well as to the investigating officer of the case.

The application for bail is, thus disposed of.
