1. Shri Devang Vyas learned ASG upon instructions states that the impugned show cause notice dated 23.04.2021 has been withdrawn vide communication dated 30.06.2021.
2. Shri D.K.Trivedi learned counsel for the petitioner confirms the said fact and has also forwarded the copy of the said communication dated 30.06.2021, which is taken on record.
3. In that view of the matter, Mr.Trivedi states that this matter does not require any further consideration and he may be permitted to withdraw the same.
4. Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
