In cases where the fees collected exceed Rs. 5 per mensem, District Judges or District Delegates may assign a moiety to the officer entrusted with the custody of the Wills, the balance being credited to Government, in cases where the collections do not average more than Rs. 5 per mensem, District Judges or District Delegates may sanction the payment to such officer of the full amount realized.Note. - District Judges should not pass bills for remuneration under this rule unless they are satisfied that the work has been carried out methodically and completely up to date.
