Section 34(6) in West Bengal Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Act, 1972
(6)Whoever contravenes any provisions of this Act or any rule or bye-laws made thereunder shall, if no other penalty is provided for the offence, be punishable with fine which shall not be less than twenty rupees but may extend to two hundred rupees.
