55. Separation of accounts.
- 55.1 Every Distribution Licensee shall make a separate application for determination of tariff for-(a)Wheeling of electricity;(b)Retail sale of electricity:Provided that every Distribution Licensee shall maintain separate records for the Distribution Business and shall prepare an Allocation Statement to enable the Commission determine the tariff pursuant to each such application made by the Distribution Licensee.
