Section 32(1) in Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (Insurance Web Aggregators) Regulations, 2017
(1)The Insurance Web Aggregator shall conduct the business in a fair manner and shall abide by(i)The Obligations of the Insurance Web Aggregators as outlined in Form V (Obligations of Insurance Web Aggregators) of Schedule VIII.(ii)The Code of conduct of the Insurance Web Aggregators as outlined in Form W (Code of Conduct for Insurance Web Aggregator) of Schedule VIII.
