Section 2(al) in Kerala University of Fisheries and Ocean Studies Act, 2010
(al)" Teacher" means a person appointed by the Governing Council of the University for the purpose of imparting instructions or conducting and guiding research or extension education projects, and includes any other person who may be specified by the Statutes to be a teacher";
