ORDER:

(ORAL) Heard Mr. Andapalli Sanjeev Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner; Mr. K. Shantan Rao, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Mines and Geology, appearing for respondent No.1; and Mr. Mummeneni Srinivas Rao, learned Standing Counsel for the Telangana State Mineral Development Corporation Limited, appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in similar circumstances, this Court disposed of W.P.No.5651 of 2026 by the 2 order dated 24.02.2026 and prayed to grant similar relief in favour of the petitioner herein. The said submission is not opposed by learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3.

As there is no dispute regarding the balance payment of Rs.10,73,22,706/- to the petitioner in connection with de- casting/extracting of sand and transportation of the same to specified Stockyard situated at Janampeta Village, Pinapaka Mandal, Bhadradri Kothagudem District pursuant to the Agreement of Extraction of Sand dated 21.06.2021, the writ petition is disposed of, directing respondent No.2 to release the balance payment of Rs.10,73,22,706/- (Rupees Ten Crores Seventy Three Lakhs Twenty Two Thousand Seven Hundred and Six only) to the petitioner within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this writ petition stand closed.
