Section 15(1) in Kerala University of Health Sciences Act, 2010
(1)Controller of Examinations shall be appointed by the Vice-Chancellor, on the recommendation of a selection committee constituted for the purpose as may be prescribed by the Statutes The Controller shall be a fulltime salaried officer of the University and shall-work directly under the control' of the Vice-Chancellor.
