Section 9(2)(iii) in Professional Diploma Courses (Regulation of Admission and Payment of Fees) Rules, 2008

(iii)the Tuition Fee Waiver Scheme shall be for the complete duration of the course and the students admitted under this scheme shall not be allowed to change the institution or the course under any circumstances.
