Section 7(2)(b) in U.P. (Suspension Of Sentence Of Prisoners) Rules, 2007

(b)if surrenders after up to twenty-nine days the indiscipline shall be recorded in his roll and suspension of sentence shall not be granted to him until expiry of six months after one year from, the date of surrender to the jail.
