Section 37(i) in The Maharashtra Narcotic Drags and Psychotropic Substances Rules, 1985
(i)the pardanashin lady or the infirm or invalid person holds a permit in Form O. P. III or a prescription from a registered medical practitioner for obtaining medicine containing opium;
