Rajpatra (Asadharan), dated 8-5-1994 at page 439.]. - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 1 of the Madhya Pradesh Co-operative Societies (Amendment) Act, 1994 (No. 12 of 1994) the State Government, hereby appoints 8th May, 1994 as the date on which the said Act shall come into force.
