184. Safe access.
- The employer shall ensure at a construction site of a building or other construction work that ladder, staircases or ramps are provided, as the case may be, for safe access to and egress from, excavation where the depth of such excavation exceeds one point five metres and such ladders, staircases or ramps comply with the relevant national standards.
