Section 73(ii) in The Jharkhand Agricultural Produce Markets Rules, 2000
(ii)The Market Committee shall hold a meeting each year during the first week of January to prepare a budget of income and expenditure. The budget shall be submitted to the Assistant Director not later than the 15th of January for approval and the abstract of the receipts and expenditures of the previous year shall also be submitted to him not later than the 30th April, with a copy of both of them to the Board. The Assistant Director shall, while sending sanction to the Market Committee, endorse a copy to the Board.
