Section 36F(1) in The M.P. Vinirdishta Bhrashta Acharan Nivaran Adhiniyam, 1982
(1)If no cause is shown and no objections are made under Section 36-F on or before the specified date, the District Judge shall forthwith pass an order to the effect that the property shall remain attached till the termination of the criminal proceedings.
