Section 2(l) in Chhattisgarh Regulation, Prohibition, Sale and Use of Acid Act, 2013
(l)"purchaser" means a person who purchases acid directly from the manufacturer or dealer of acid and stores and utilizes the acid for use under clause (p) of this Section and shall include his representatives, employees, agent or any person whom acid is handed over for use;
