Section 60(b) in The Assam Cinemas (Regulation) Rules, 1960
(b)No fans, heaters or motors may be connected to the lighting circuits. All wall plugs and sockets must be of 3-pin type of approved Home/office hand-shield pattern and able to be plugged in one position only. All metal clad apparatus used on the socket must be earth bonded. The system of wiring employed shall be in accordance with the Indian Standard Code of Practice for electrical wiring and fittings in buildings.
