Section 8(6) in The M.P. Municipal Corporations (Appointment and Conditions of Service of Officers and Servants) Rules, 2000
(6)Alter approval of the select list by the appointing authority, it shall be published and such list shall be valid for a period of one year from the date of its publication for appointment in the Corporation.
