107. Compulsory acquisition of land needed for the purpose of town planning scheme or development plan.
- Land needed for the purposes of a town planning scheme or development plan shall be deemed to be land needed for a public purpose within the meaning of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 (1 of 1894).
