Section 183(1) in New Town, Kolkata Development Authority Act, 2007
(1)Notwithstanding anything contained elsewhere in this Act, the State Government may, if it is of opinion that the operation of any of the provisions of this Act causes undue hardship or of circumstances exist which render it expedient to do so, relax, by rules, any class of persons or areas the application of all or any of the provisions of this Act, subject to such terms and conditions as it may deem fit to impose.
