Section 1 in The Orissa Town Planning and Improvement Trust Act, 1956
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called The Orissa Town Planning and Improvement Trust Act, 1956.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Orissa.(3)It shall come into force in the whole or any part of any Municipality or any other area or areas on such date or dates as the State Government may, by Notification, appoint.
