1. Notwithstanding that the parties had attempted out-of-Court mediation earlier, however, keeping in mind the principles laid down in the case of M/s Dhanbad Fuels Private Limited v. Union of India & Anr,1 the Court deems it appropriate to keep these proceedings in abeyance and refer the parties to mediation in accordance with extant rules.

2. In the meantime, the interim order passed, earlier, by this Court shall remain in force.

3. List this matter before the mediation centre on 11.08.2025.
